This site is operated by Agenix AI LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and trading as Agenix, which builds and runs AI systems for businesses. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Agenix AI LLC, and "you" means the person or business using the site. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

You may read the site and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use it unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading
• submit someone else's personal data without the right to do so
• scrape, overload, probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
• copy our content for resale or to present it as your own

We can suspend access if any of that happens, and we can change or remove parts of the site at any time.

Booking a discovery call is free and creates no obligation on either side. If you use the AI discovery agent, you are talking to software: it says so at the start, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, and a person reviews it afterwards. Ask for a human instead at any point and you will get one.

The agent can be wrong. Nothing it says is advice you should act on by itself, and nothing said on a discovery call is a binding quote or a commitment to deliver until it is in a signed agreement.

Please do not send confidential material, credentials, health data or identity documents through this website or to the agent. Send those only through the channels we agree once an engagement starts.

The content, designs, code and brand on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Case studies describe work we actually did, with figures as the client reported or approved them, and past results are not a promise of the same outcome for you. External links are there for convenience and we are not responsible for what those sites do.

The site and the discovery agent are provided as they are. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not give warranties beyond those the law does not let us exclude.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the agreement for that work.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site. Where we sign a separate agreement for paid work, that agreement states its own governing law and takes precedence for that work.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
